Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How will I access the sessions?
A: Once you have completed registration and payment, you will receive an email with links from Zoom. Use these to access each session – they are unique to you. Please check your spam or quarantine folders if you have not received them with in 24 hours of registration completion.
Q: Do I need to download anything ahead of time?
A: There are many ways to join the sessions. You can join each session from a computer, phone, or tablet. However, some features won’t be available through phone or if you don’t download the Zoom app. For example, if you view from your browser and not the Zoom app, you will only be able to see the ASL interpreter and not the PowerPoint presentation. If you download the Zoom app and join through it, you will be able to see the PowerPoint presentation (or a panelist when their video is turned on) as well as the ASL interpreter.
You will not need to download anything ahead of time if you join from your browser. If you have never used Zoom before, we recommend clicking on your link a couple minutes prior to start time. For additional questions on joining via zoom, please follow this link.
